4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Use the correct account number and reference number when making a deposit — incorrect information may delay the deposit.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, bat9 may place it on hold until it is verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Details

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳8,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is set by bat9.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• If bonus abuse or an attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Users have the opportunity to move up to higher VIP tiers based on their activity and regular participation. bat9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

bat9 is committed to fair play as a safe and trusted platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Claiming bonus or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Accessing or using another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bat9:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is successfully registered, it is considered final and cannot be changed without proof of a technical error.
